           A mama grizzly bear and her two cubs scavenge for food in a Prudhoe Bay Dumpster and illustrate a major issue around Prudhoe Bay-animals becoming accustomed to feeding on human trash.

            Prudhoe Bay is operated by BP, and ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil are also major owners of the oil field. Management has taken serious steps to try to control scavenging animals, like switching to Dumpsters with lids on them and educating workers not to feed bears or foxes.

A terrifying day

        November  5  , 1999 , was terrifying day for me. It  was  8:30 on a Monday evening  in Samutsongkram. I  was  alone  because  my  parents  went to visit relatives in Chiang Mai. Suddenly,  it rained cats and dogs . I  heard the thunder  very  loud . I  did  not  know  what  to  do , so I closed the door and the window.  A few minutes later, the  electricity was off. After  that I tried to find a candles or flashlight  for  illuminate. Shortly after, the  electricity was on . Finally, at  about  9:30 P.M., the  rain stopped .I  went to bed and have  a good dream.
